1. Scope

These Terms apply to the CareRoute Korea website and related services operated by Oswarld's Boutique Consulting Firm. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

• The Service provides recovery-aware routing, travel planning, and share features for medical tourists, companions, and clinic coordinators.
• Recommendations may use public data, map data, user input, and AI-assisted processing.
• The Service is informational only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response.

3. Accounts and user responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and must not submit or share another person’s data without proper authority.
• Sign-in may be offered through email magic links and Google sign-in. You are also responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• If you create a share link, you are responsible for how and with whom that link is shared.

4. Prohibited conduct

• No unlawful use, infringement, service disruption, scraping abuse, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
• No submission of false medical context, illegal content, malicious code, or harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive material.
• No commercial reuse of the Service, branding, or outputs beyond permitted use without prior authorization.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, arrangement, branding, and documentation, is protected by applicable law. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

6. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or limit access for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, system stability, or violations of these Terms.
• Some features may become unavailable if external APIs, maps, public datasets, or authentication providers are unavailable.
• You may stop using the Service at any time, though certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate user input, third-party data issues, connectivity failures, or events outside our reasonable control unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Route, venue, dietary, cultural, and privacy-related information can change in the real world and should be independently verified before reliance.
• Medical decisions should always be made with a qualified healthcare professional, not solely on the basis of the Service.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
